The founder

Started by someone who couldn't find an agency that actually did the work.

Zain Luqman Miah started Build Better after years of watching impact organisations get sold strategy decks that never turned into anything. The ideas were fine — the execution never happened.

So he built the partner he wished existed: one that thinks strategically and then stays to build, send, test and improve. Today that means 20+ organisations supported, over $500K in revenue from email, and more than 2,000 flows built and live.
